Clare MacGregor
I have worked in the Renewable Energy space for 19 years across finance and commercial support within organisations from Private Equity, financial modelling consultancy, to European Utilities.
I have built transaction models for funds, investment banks and utilities. My technology focus has included onshore and offshore wind, solar, batteries for ancillary services, arbitrage and combined park optimisation, as well as power to X and hydrogen price optimisation.
In addition to pure modelling, I have worked in regulatory affairs on market and system design, commercial negotiation, PPA and HSPA negotiation, pricing and comparison models, and I have built optimisation tools, capture price optimisation methods, and have advocated for the move to LCoE/LR ratio as the basis for design optimisation.
