Our Culture
Everybody here cares about climate change, and we are passionate about increasing the take up of renewable energy.
There’s no such thing as 9 to 5. When we have work to do, that is the priority and we are 100% focused on delivering against client deadlines. When it’s quiet, you can take time away from your desk and work more flexibly. It all evens out in the end. We tend to keep all meetings between 9am and 2pm, whether internally or with clients, allowing for flexible working, school pick-ups, or focused afternoons without interruptions.
We encourage people to visit friends and family in far flung places. As long as you are available in working hours, you can spend up to a month working abroad.
We celebrate complexity! We analyse it in our jobs, and we recognise it in our lives. We believe diversity and inclusivity enables us to be more creative, more flexible, to think broader and to reach further. We want everybody to be comfortable in being themselves at work.
